此细胞株于1962年由G. Todaro 和 H. Green从分解的Swiss小鼠胚胎中建立。其生长特性为接触抑制型，长满的单层细胞量是40000个/cm2，饱和密度可以达到约50000个/cm2。该细胞在玻璃表面上可能长不好，需要长在塑料培养瓶中。检测表明鼠痘病毒（ectromelia virus，ECTV）阴性。 细胞质控检测（可提供检测报告）： 1) 支原体检测结果：阴性 2) 细菌检测结果：阴性 3) 真菌检测结果：阴性 4) STR鉴定结果： ① 该株细胞DNA进行小鼠细胞STR分型结果显示，扩增后图谱清晰，分型结果良好：1-1：10,15；1-2:13；2-1:9；3-2：14；4-2:19.3；5-5:13,15；6-4:15.2；6-7：12,15；7-1:25.2,29；8-1:15,16；11-2:15；12-1:19；13-1：15.1；15-3:20.3；17-2:12,15；18-3:17,21；19-2:12；X-1:26。 ② 该株细胞确为小鼠细胞，没有人源细胞污染。 |

小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞3T3-Swiss albino完全培养液（目录号：SCSP-646）配方： DMEM培养基 (Gibco, 货号11995065)：90% bovine calf serum，新生牛血清 (四季青，22012-8612)：10% 参考传代比例：1：3-1：4 参考传代周期：3天左右（细胞不能过密，请于细胞融合度 80%时或之前传代） 参考换液频率：2-3天，传代时换液 冻存液配方：完全培养液 95%， DMSO 5% 培养条件：气相：空气95%，二氧化碳5%；温度：37摄氏度。 细胞运输方式：活细胞保温运输或冻存管干冰运输。 【注意事项】 1. 细胞不能过密，请于细胞融合度80%时或之前传代。 2. 不建议使用胎牛血清FBS培养该细胞。 |
