人膀胱癌细胞5637完全培养液（目录号：MD04）组分： RPMI 1640培养基(GIBCO货号：11875093)，90%；胎牛血清，10%。 气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37摄氏度。 培养参考：细胞消化时间15min(0.25%胰酶）。传代比例1:2，传代周期2-3天 冻存液配方：完全培养液92%，DMSO 8% 细胞运输方式：活细胞可保温装置运输或干冰冻存管。 注意事项： 5637细胞较难消化，注意延长消化时间，消化到细胞收缩变圆，轻拍培养瓶侧边，细胞可以滑落方可终止消化。 |
