Description
293 [HEK-293]是一种从人胚胎肾脏中分离出来的具有上皮形态的细胞系。该细胞系可用于工业生物技术和毒理学研究。在药效检测、毒力检测等方面具有广泛的应用。细胞是从人类胚胎肾脏中分离出的上皮形态细胞,后经人腺病毒5(Ad5)转染获得的永生化细胞。尽管较早的报道说这株细胞包含Ad5左右两端的 DNA基因组,但现在明确只存在左端序列。这株细胞作为合适宿主适用于人类腺病毒载体扩增。细胞表达一种特异的由整联蛋白beta-1亚基和玻联蛋白alpha-v亚基组成的玻联蛋白细胞表面受体。对Ad5插入片段进行了克隆和测序,结果表明Ad5的碱基1-4344序列插入到了19号染色体(19q13.2).细胞入库冻存保种精准代数为P35代。
